We offer fast delivery, free for orders over NZ $100.
- Delivery should take 2-3 business days for New Zealand metropolitan areas and 4 business days with rural areas. For orders made on weekends and public holidays, please allow an extra 2-3 days for dispatch.
- For shoes over $150, shipping is free within New Zealand. We courier all shoes to any destination in New Zealand.
- For shoes under NZ$150.00, there is a only a $10.00 handling and shipping charge per pair of shoes sent out throughout New Zealand.
- If you are purchasing shoes from us and you live overseas, no GST will be charged on international purchases.
After your purchase is complete, your order will be sent as soon as possible.
We start packing and sending your order as soon as possible aftert you purchase your shoes. This does mean we can get the order to you as fast as possible but it does also mean that once you have purchased, we will not be able to alter the address, or the size and colour of your purchase as it will already be in the system
We offer free shipping on orders over NZ$150. If you intend to place multiple orders please place your orders 2 business days apart.
You are wholly liable for the payment of all customs charges and taxes.
Authority to Leave At Your Address
If you are not available at your nominated delivery address, our couriers are authorised to leave the products at the address without a signature. In some circumstances, where the courier assesses that it’s not suitable, they may choose to leave a note in your post box to advise that the package will be left at the courier facility for collection.
If you do not authorise for your package to be left at the nominated address, please lnote it when you make your purchase.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order contained faulty items. For more information, please see our Returns Policy.
Note that shipping is free only within New Zealand.
10 DAY RETURNS
We want your online shopping experience with us to be a happy one and understand that shoes don’t always fit.
If the shoes ordered are found to be unsuitable and as long as your items are in their original condition and were purchased within 10 days, you can send them back to us free of charge!
To ensure you qualify for the refund please check that
- the items purchased in the last 10 days
- the items are in their original packing or shoe box – this is part of the product
- the items are still in their original condition
Once you have checked this, pack the items you want to return into the original packaging or branded shoe box.
Please make sure all returns are sent back within 10 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns after the 10 day return period has ended.
The return will usually take up to 2-10 working days to get back to us depending on how you returned them.
You will get an email or phone call from us to let you know it arrived safely.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 working days. We’ll notify you that the refund has been made. It will be credited back to the same credit card.
Once your refund has been processed, please allow approximately 1 to 7 business days for the funds to appear back into your account, depending on your bank
