Shoestyles shoe store range of footwear is extensive and is constantly being added to so the items presented online do not cover the entire range. We would be delighted to welcome you into any store to view the full range, or please email with any specific footwear you would like and we will see if we can obtain for you.

All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Because  we are based in New Zealand and have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed, the price advertised might not be the exactly same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Delivery and Returns

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of purchase. If you provide the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We use a road based courier company that will deliver to most metropolitan areas in New Zealand in 1 – 4 days.  Orders sent via courier service can only be delivered to physical address. For Post office box deliveries we will use NZ  Post services, this service may cost extra. All shipments are insured, however condition of items should be inspected for damage prior to signing for receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Shoestyles if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.  Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion after initial enquiry with delivery service. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Refunds and exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase Shoestyles will exchange your product with another of your choice as long as the purchase is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging with its original labels. The customer will need to pay the freight and the price difference if the initial product purchased is a lesser amount.

Note overseas refunds will be less delivery costs.

Shoestyles  offer a full refund on any unsuitable website purchase returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging with its original labels within 10 days. If an item is deemed to be faulty Shoestyles will rectify the problem or offer an exchange or a refund. This is the only time a refund will be offered or where we are obliged to do so under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Courier and Packaging Charges for Online Purchases

New Zealand Courier delivery (listed as shipping in the shopping cart) to physical addresses within New Zealand  is charged as below. Orders will be dispatched within five business days and delivery is usually made within eight business days.  This is dependent on whether the item is available or needs to be made.

Courier delivery (listed as shipping in the shopping cart) to physical addresses within New Zealand incurs a fixed $15.00 charge for orders regardless of their size or destination.

Shoestyles also package and post internationally.  Please discuss with the store.

Product Availability
Due to the nature of footwear not all sizes in all items are always available. Shoestyles endeavour to update the website with any out of stock items but occasionally orders are received before this time. You will be contacted as soon as possible with an approximate delivery date and to offer a refund if this delay is not acceptable.

Shoestyles are reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. However, there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.
